Sub Floor Preparation

We understand the high importance of preparing the base before laying your floor. We can carry out essential levelling using self levelling latex, damp proof membranes, primers and any ply-boarding to achieve an overall quality finish. We will work with you to find a solution for any uneven floors or any previous damage. 

As routine we carry out damp test inspections and can also tailor needs for customers with both electric and gas under floor heating.
